Bear Glass uses a Pure Water Jet Cutting Machine fabricated by flawless Technology Center. The Water jet system is an excellent apparatus for the cutting of various substances and is exceedingly versatile compared to alternative appliance such as lasers and plasma’s.

A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet or waterjet, is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance. Waterjet cutting is often used during fabrication of machine parts. A waterjet utilizes a high pressure stream of water to erode a narrow line in the stock material. To cut a wider range of materials from tool steel to titanium to foam, a granular abrasive is added to the waterjet, increasing the cutting power. Water jet cutting is act with “pure water” for the cutting of – foam, package products, gaskets, gibson board, carpet, food, rubber, and many other soft substances. The power of this pure water jet is so strong it has the ability to cut – steel, copper, aluminum, granite, marble, and even laminated glass.
